About the Role
We are looking for a DELMIA APRISO Consultant with 4–6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with practical experience in APRISO development and implementation. The role will involve translating manufacturing and business requirements into effective APRISO-based solutions, developing and customising application functionality, and supporting testing and release activities. The consultant will work with project stakeholders and other IT professionals to understand requirements, contribute to solution specifications, develop reliable application components, and prepare technical documentation. The position is suited to someone who combines hands-on APRISO development capability with an understanding of manufacturing operations and MES processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Understanding and Solution Design
· Engage with stakeholders and project team members to understand business requirements, operational needs and expected application behaviour.
· Analyse how identified requirements can be addressed through existing APRISO features, configuration or custom development.
· Translate functional expectations into transparent technical specifications for APRISO development and customisation.
· Work collaboratively with IT professionals and relevant stakeholders to define the scope and approach for new application features or enhancements.
· Prepare and discuss solution designs and prototypes in line with agreed specifications. 2. APRISO Development and Customisation
· Develop and customise application solutions using DELMIA APRISO in accordance with approved requirements and design specifications.
· Perform APRISO development activities involving CRUD operations: Create, Read, Update and Delete.
· Work with APRISO Process Builder and related development capabilities to implement the required application processes and functionality.
· Develop, modify and maintain application code using the relevant technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS.




· Use SQL to support data-related development activities and work with application data as required by the solution.
· Write clean, structured and maintainable source code, following agreed project standards and delivery timelines.
· Investigate development issues, identify the likely cause and implement appropriate fixes or improvements. 3. MES and Manufacturing Process Support
· Apply an understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) when developing and customising APRISO solutions.
· Understand how APRISO functionality supports manufacturing operations and translates operational requirements into application behaviour.
· Contribute to solution development across relevant APRISO functional areas, which may include Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse.
· Work with the project team to understand the relationship between manufacturing requirements and the APRISO modules being used.
· Use relevant domain knowledge to help ensure that developed solutions address the intended manufacturing process requirements. 4. Integration and Module Exposure
· Work with APRISO integrations and related components as required by the project.
· Apply knowledge of APRISO Machine Integrator where relevant to the solution.
· Apply knowledge of APRISO Business Integrator where relevant to the solution.
· Coordinate with relevant technical team members to support integration-related development and issue resolution. 5. Testing, Troubleshooting and Release Support
· Perform unit testing of developed features and customisations before release.
· Support integration testing to verify that developed components work as expected with connected application functionality.
· Validate application behaviour against the agreed requirements and technical specifications.
· Identify, document and resolve defects found during development and testing.
· Re-test fixes and support the team in preparing application changes for release. 6. Technical Documentation and Collaboration
· Prepare and maintain technical documents that accurately describe application design, development approach and code.




· Create or update technical handbooks and supporting documentation for developed application functionality.
· Communicate progress, technical challenges and dependencies to the relevant project team members.
· Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed colleagues, maintaining clear and professional communication.
· Manage assigned development activities, priorities and deadlines responsibly. Mandatory Technical SkillsDELMIA APRISO
· Hands-on experience in DELMIA APRISO development is mandatory.
· Practical experience with APRISO application development and customisation.
· Experience implementing CRUD operations within APRISO-based solutions.
· Strong expertise in APRISO Process Builder or a relevant MES development background.
· Experience contributing to at least one APRISO project implementation. Programming and Web Technologies
· SQL – ability to work with queries and support application data-related development activities.
· JavaScript – ability to develop and maintain application-side functionality.
· jQuery – practical knowledge of using jQuery in application development.
· HTML and CSS – ability to work with page structure, presentation and user-interface elements. Additional / Good-to-Have Skills
· C# programming knowledge.
· Experience or working knowledge of APRISO Machine Integrator.
· Experience or working knowledge of APRISO Business Integrator.
· Exposure to multiple APRISO functional modules, such as Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse. Functional and Domain Knowledge
· Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
· Knowledge of how software solutions support manufacturing operations.
· Ability to understand manufacturing requirements and relate them to MES application functionality.
· Practical exposure to one or more manufacturing areas supported by APRISO, including production, quality, maintenance or warehouse operations. Experience and Candidate Profile
· 4–6 years of overall relevant experience.
· Prior hands-on DELMIA APRISO experience is a mandatory requirement.
· Practical APRISO development experience, particularly CRUD and Process Builder or MES development.
· Experience participating in APRISO project implementation and delivery.
· Ability to explain personal responsibilities, technical contributions and the APRISO modules handled in previous projects.
· A combination of technical development skills, MES domain understanding and effective teamwork.
