Green Chillis offers a satellite office model, a vetted acquisition ecosystem, and structured inquiry-to-enrollment processes to drive sustainable enrollment growth. By bridging regulatory, cultural, and operational gaps, Green Chillis enables universities to scale their footprint, protect their brand, and effectively reach learners across the region. Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The advisor will guide prospective students through the entire study abroad journey, including program selection, university shortlisting, application preparation, and pre-departure support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, managing inquiries, explaining admission requirements, and providing detailed information on academic programs and destinations. Assisting students with visa-related documentation and timelines,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions and application status. Qualifications
• Strong Educational Consulting and Consulting skills to advise students on suitable programs, institutions, and pathways.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities to conduct counseling sessions and build trust with students and families.
• Knowledge of Visas and related processes to guide students through documentation, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and international partners, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field; prior experience in study abroad, higher education, or student advising is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and track student progress; attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of global higher education systems and admission processes; familiarity with major study destinations is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required in Student Advising
• In office job 10am-6pm/12pm-8pm
