Role Description The Marketing Executive – Events & Exhibition role is a full-time in office position based in Noida. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities for events and exhibitions, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring brand-consistent messaging across all event materials. The Marketing Executive will support market research to identify relevant events and opportunities, assist in creating promotional campaigns,



and track performance metrics for ongoing improvement. Daily responsibilities also include communication with sales and marketing teams, managing event-related documentation, and providing post-event analysis and reports to stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing for events, exhibitions, and related campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to identify opportunities, understand audience segments, and analyze competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for developing clear event-related messaging.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-up activities, and alignment of event initiatives with business goals.
• Relevant experience in event management, exhibitions, or B2B marketing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing
