Role Overview: The Syndication Support Associate plays a key role in managing investor syndication operations, coordinating with partner networks, and ensuring smooth deal-sharing processes. This position supports the execution of syndication activities, including company introductions, partner communication, and tracking investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the syndication team in coordinating and managing investor deal flow activities. ● Liaise with syndicate partners to share curated company opportunities and vice versa. ● Maintain accurate records of partner communications, deal submissions, and responses. ● Schedule and coordinate calls or meetings between companies and syndicate partners. ● Assist in preparing and distributing pitch decks, executive summaries, and related materials.



● Track partner engagement metrics and prepare summary reports for internal review. ● Support marketing and communication efforts for syndicated opportunities (emails, updates, etc.). ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, materials, and company readiness. ● Support companies with different aspects of investor relations areas.
