Role Description The Production Specialist is a full-time role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and coordinating production activities, monitoring workflows, and ensuring that project timelines and client requirements are met. The Production Specialist will support quality control processes, document production standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. Daily responsibilities include communicating with internal stakeholders,



updating production schedules, assisting with resource allocation, and maintaining accurate production records. The role may also involve training team members on production procedures and contributing to process improvements aligned with ERP-based workflows. Qualifications
• Strong production planning and production management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, resources, and workflows.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Experience with quality control practices, including monitoring outputs and adherence to standards.
• Ability to deliver training on production processes, tools, and best practices to team members.
