Role Description We're looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to join our Marketing & Growth team at our Raipur, Chhattisgarh office. This is a full time, in office role reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll own the campaign lifecycle end to end, from strategy and creative briefing to execution, tracking, and performance reporting. Your work will drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across digital, social, email, SMS, and offline channels. Day to day, you will:
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns with clear objectives, audiences, budgets, and timelines
• Work with design, content, and product teams to create compelling creatives and messaging
• Track CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns for better ROI




• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and channels
• Manage agencies, vendors, and media partners
• Share performance reports and recommendations with stakeholders
• Keep up with market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines and regulatory requirements Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or growth marketing (fintech/BFSI experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency
