The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, motion graphics, and creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand communication while maintaining consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging graphic designs, motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
• Develop creative assets for social media, websites, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Design visually compelling creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design campaigns.
• Create promotional videos, animated content, and motion-based visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends,

• 3–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Experience working in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, creative studio, or digital services company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, digital creatives, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Positive understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating social media creatives, promotional materials, and digital campaign assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience handling creative requirements for multiple brands or clients.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Freepik AI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating animated advertisements, reels, promotional videos, and digital campaigns.
• Understanding of current social media trends and digital-first creative strategies.
