8 – 16 Years Qualification: Any Graduate | Any Post Graduate | Any Diploma Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Projects Managed Services (AMS) operations, production support, enhancements, and service delivery. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Financial Management, and Project Accounting, along with proven experience in L2/L3 support leadership, client management, and SLA governance.

Key Responsibilities
▪️Lead Oracle Fusion PPM AMS delivery, including L2/L3 production support, incident management, service requests, and enhancements. ▪️Manage Project Costing, expenditure items, cost distributions, burden schedules, labor costing, and project accounting issues. ▪️Handle Project Billing, Project Contracts, funding, billing events, invoice generation, and revenue recognition. ▪️Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial plans, capitalization, and project financial controls. ▪️Oversee integrations with Oracle AP, AR, GL, Procurement, and Fixed Assets. ▪️Lead critical P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions,



and Oracle Support escalations. ▪️Review functional configurations, solution designs, change requests, and enhancements. ▪️Manage quarterly Oracle Fusion releases, patch assessments, regression testing, and release readiness. Mandatory Skills & Experience ▪️Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM. ▪️Expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Financial Management, and Project Accounting. ▪️Strong understanding of Project-to-Cash processes, project cost management, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliation. ▪️Knowledge of Capital Projects and cross-module integrations (AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Fixed Assets). ▪️Proven experience in Oracle AMS / Managed Services delivery leadership. ▪️Experience managing L2/L3 support, P1/P2 incidents, escalations, SLA/KPI governance, and service delivery. ▪️Working knowledge of Oracle FSM, FBDI, ESS Jobs, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
