Rs 35,000 to 40,000 per month | Monday to Friday, Saturdays in the festive season ABOUT INDOBANYAN Indobanyan Brands Pvt Ltd is a Noida-based house of Indian consumer brands: Kothi Decor (handcrafted brass and home decor), Happy Banyan (curated gift boxes), Divine Banyan (pooja essentials) and IVEI (desk and craft products). Products are sold through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, the company's websites and corporate gifting. THE ROLE The Operations Executive is the control room for orders and stock. From Noida, this role makes sure every order from Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, the websites and corporate clients is processed, shipped on time and tracked to delivery; that stock across the warehouse and marketplace fulfilment centres is accurate and replenished; and that courier, marketplace and inventory systems are reconciled every week. Reports to: Co-Founder (Operations); works daily with the marketplace lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order management: monitor all channels in EasyEcom daily; resolve pending, unfulfilled, cancelled and failed orders; meet same-day or next-day dispatch targets
- Logistics: manage courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery and others), rate cards, pickups, NDR follow-ups, RTO control, weight disputes and lost-shipment claims
- Inventory control: maintain stock levels across the Hathras warehouse, Amazon FBA and Blinkit; plan replenishment with the purchase team; raise and track stock transfer orders; run weekly stock reconciliation between system, warehouse count and marketplace reports
- Marketplace shipments: create FBA and Blinkit purchase-order shipments, book appointments, track receipt and resolve discrepancies
- Corporate dispatches:



coordinate bulk packing, transport booking, e-way bills and delivery confirmation with the sales team
- Returns and claims: process customer returns, marketplace reimbursements and courier claims; track recovery
- Reporting: weekly dashboard on orders shipped, on-time dispatch, RTO rate, pending claims, stock cover by SKU
- Process: document SOPs for order processing, packing and shipment; train warehouse staff on them REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate; 3 to 5 years in e-commerce or D2C operations, logistics or supply chain
- Hands-on with an order and inventory management system (EasyEcom, Unicommerce or similar) and a shipping aggregator (Shiprocket or similar)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA shipment creation; Flipkart or Blinkit exposure
- Strong Excel: lookups, pivots, reconciliation
- Organised, follows up on open items without reminders; good written English and Hindi PREFERRED
- Experience managing a remote or third-party warehouse
- Knowledge of GST e-way bills and B2B transport booking
- Has reduced RTO or shipping cost in a previous role, with numbers
- Exposure to quick-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) replenishment HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
- On-time dispatch above 95%
- RTO below 8%; NDR actioned within 24 hours
- Weekly stock reconciliation closed with variances explained
- Claims filed within 7 days and tracked to closure TERMS Full-time, on payroll. Probation 3 months. 18 paid leaves a year after probation. Notice period 15 days during probation, 30 days after. HIRING PROCESS A 10-minute phone screen, then one 45-minute round at the office (a 25-minute case on sample order, stock and courier data, then 15 minutes of conversation). Decision within 48 hours.
