The Dean of Placement is responsible for managing the entire placement process, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the job market and that employers receive competent and capable employees. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends. The Dean of Placement is expected to develop and implement placement policies, collaborate with employers, guide students or job seekers, and oversee the entire placement process. The role also involves managing the placement statistics for internal reports and providing career guidance to students. Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and job seekers
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of job seekers to determine their skills and career goals




• Match job seekers with employment opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
• Provide ongoing support to job seekers and employers, including job coaching and training
• Track and document placement results and job seeker satisfaction Qualifications & Skills
• Experience working with underrepresented or marginalized populations
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and find creative solutions to job placement challenges
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
