Role Description This is a full time, on-site Product Marketing Manager role based in New Delhi. The Product Marketing Manager will define product positioning and messaging, develop and execute go-to-market plans, and collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer segments, and creating product collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and web content. The role involves enabling the sales team with training and tools,



gathering customer feedback, tracking product performance, and recommending improvements to drive adoption and revenue growth across Monotech’s printing and packaging solutions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills, including customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluation.
• Candidates should possess Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing skills to plan launches, define messaging, and manage product positioning.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Product Management collaboration skills to align product features with market needs and support revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess abilities in cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, industrial equipment, or printing and packaging solutions is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized certification in marketing or product management is an advantage.
