Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining a low CPL.
• Conduct audience and keyword research.
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and campaigns.
• Track conversions using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Manage ad budgets and monitor campaign performance.




• Prepare reports and coordinate with creative teams.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
