Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive – Meta, LinkedIn, AI is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and AI-driven marketing tools to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and publishing web and social content, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, develop audience-specific campaigns, and support demand generation initiatives. The Digital Marketing Executive will also explore and implement AI-enabled marketing solutions, maintain a consistent brand voice, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations. Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience and candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Experience with the B2B AI Products domain experience
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear,



concise messaging and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, particularly with Meta platforms and LinkedIn, for audience targeting, engagement, and community growth.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create compelling, audience-focused content for websites, landing pages, and social channels.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Experience with AI-based marketing tools or automation platforms, and familiarity with performance marketing (paid ads) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working with global, remote teams and an interest in AI, HR tech, or talent management domains is a plus.
