Key Responsibilities
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before the High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Independently manage matters, including drafting, reviewing and settling pleadings, petitions, written submissions, applications and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Appear before courts and tribunals and assist in hearings, arguments and case management.
• Handle matters relating to commercial disputes, arbitration, contractual disputes and other civil litigation.
• Coordinate with clients,



briefing counsel and internal teams to ensure effective management of matters.
• Monitor case progress, court deadlines and procedural compliances. Eligibility &

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong experience in handling civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and handle court appearances.
• Solid client management and communication skills.
