Role Description The Associate Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Raipur Area. This role involves identifying potential customers, following up on leads, and presenting appropriate RO and water softener solutions based on client requirements. The Associate Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations, prepare basic quotations, assist with negotiations, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate information is shared with customers. Daily responsibilities include visiting client locations, maintaining sales records, responding to inquiries,



and supporting senior sales staff with proposals and after-sales follow-ups. The role also requires building strong customer relationships, gathering feedback from the market, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth. Qualifications
• Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and basic negotiation abilities.
• Communication skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and preparing simple reports.
• Basic technical understanding of RO systems, water softeners, or willingness to learn about water treatment products.
• Ability to work on-site, travel locally within the Greater Raipur Area, and engage with customers face-to-face.
• Comfort working in a field-sales setting, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or water treatment solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field is preferred.
