Role Description The Relationship Executive – Hospital/Healthcare Coordination role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote Organo Mart’s organic products and home-baked offerings. The Relationship Executive will coordinate product requirements with healthcare partners, manage regular follow-ups, and ensure timely communication regarding orders, deliveries, and feedback. Daily tasks include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product information, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to address partner needs. The role also involves tracking partnership performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting initiatives that strengthen Organo Mart’s presence in the healthcare sector. Qualifications
• Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners.




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present products and handle partner queries effectively.
• Basic coordination and organizational skills for managing visits, schedules, orders, and follow-ups.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to feedback and concerns.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or food services is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with willingness to travel locally to partner locations.
• Basic reporting skills to track activities, maintain records, and share updates with internal teams.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
