Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound business calls to prospective customers and business partners in domestic and international markets.
- Handle inbound enquiries and communicate professionally with clients.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer requirements. ? Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.




- Confidence in handling domestic and international business calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
