WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR DESIGNER JJV Kapurthala, the bridge-to-luxury label by JJ Valaya, is looking for a talented Senior Designer to join its creative team in Gurgaon. We are seeking a design qualified with a strong creative vision, a refined understanding of luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate cultural influences and design narratives into contemporary collections.

Experience:
4–6 years Roles &

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualisation and development of seasonal collections, translating creative direction into cohesive design stories.
- Research trends, colours, materials, silhouettes and craftsmanship techniques to develop innovative design concepts.
- Create design sketches, technical drawings, mood boards and detailed product specifications.




- Oversee the design development process, from initial concepts and sampling to final product execution.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production and marketing teams to ensure seamless collection development.
- Contribute to the evolution of JJV. Kapurthala’s design identity through contemporary interpretations of its heritage and inspiration.
