• Assist in daily pastry and bakery production under senior chefs’ guidance.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (FSSAI).
• Follow kitchen SOPs, FIFO, proper storage, and labeling procedures.
• Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or spoilage.
• Minimize wastage through proper portion control and handling.
• Support basic training of junior staff when required.
• Perform duties assigned by the Pastry Chef or senior team members. Eligibility -
• BHM/B.
A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, Worked at least 2-3 years experience / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.




• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Cutting-edge, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
