Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end order management operations using Oracle.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing and order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status, modifications, cancellations and pending requests.




• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support team members with process-related queries and operational challenges.
• Oversee service delivery, team performance and client expectations. ? Ideal Candidate
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management and Inbound Calling.
• Good understanding of order processing and customer operations.
• Experience in managing customer escalations and stakeholder communication.
• Robust leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage team performance, service delivery and process improvements.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
