Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in the Greater Chennai Area, with primary work at the company’s facility and some tasks suitable for work from home. Panel wiring technicians will interpret electrical schematics, assemble and wire control panels, perform continuity and functional testing, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Shop floor supervisors will oversee daily production activities, coordinate work schedules, monitor progress, and guide technicians to meet project deadlines and quality requirements. Both roles will document work, support continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.



The positions require adherence to workplace safety protocols and active participation in training and process optimization. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members and address client requirements professionally.
• Candidates should possess Training and Coaching abilities to support skill development, guide technicians, and promote consistent work practices.
• Candidates should possess Sales awareness to understand customer expectations, support project discussions, and contribute to client satisfaction when needed.
• Relevant experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or industrial automation on a shop floor, including reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety standards, use of hand tools and testing equipment, and basic troubleshooting of electrical panels and systems.
• Prior experience in supervising production teams or coordinating shop-floor activities is beneficial for the supervisor role.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement within the Greater Chennai Area, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under project deadlines.
