Role: Sr. UX Designer / Sr. User Experience Designer (Mobile & Web)

They design the product to make customers time on the platform easier and simpler, make the journey of their matchmaking pleasant. They are responsible for what the customer sees and acts upon, and what happens next for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct User Research to understand user’s objectives, what roadblocks they face, pain points, research on the “why” of the feedback user gives
• Create user personas and maintain them
• Conceptualise design and flow-based solutions which turn customer journey into a delight
• Turn concepts arising from research into low/high fidelity wireframes following the UX development lifecycle
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the UX design language, ensuring it is implemented uniformly
• Help UI, Dev and QA teams in the implementation cycle
• Conduct User Testing/ AB Testing to understand impact of what went live Skill and Competencies
• Good experience in user interviews, user research and user testing for a project which was end customer facing
• Good experience in ethnographic research, survey research, research synthesis, diary studies and field studies
• Sound experience in creating wireframes for a customer journey
• Has worked with balasmiq, XD/Figma, Photoshop/Sketch
• Excellent communication skills, and use that to communicate the spirit of design and motivate UI designers, Developers and QA teams
• Ability to balance time, working simultaneously on multiple projects at different levels of completion
• Creative, accurate,



and accurate Education and Experience Graduation with at least 2 years of relevant experience in designing and prototyping UX, experience in consumer facing product is preferred.
