Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare and IT project management, technical project management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing software/technology projects from initiation to production.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing healthcare or healthcare-tech projects.
• Experience with healthcare integrations and interoperability.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR or healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
