Role Description The Mechanical Engineer – Intern will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad office, supporting consulting and implementation projects related to mechanical systems and process improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in mechanical design activities, preparing CAD models and drawings, and contributing to research and development tasks for client projects. The intern will support senior engineers in data collection,



analysis, and documentation for ISO, Lean, and other quality initiatives, as well as help prepare technical reports and project presentations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, learning industry standards and quality tools, and applying mechanical engineering principles to improve client operations. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications.
• Skills in Machine Design and basic design analysis for mechanical components.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for 2D/3D modeling and drafting.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Interest and aptitude in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimentation and technical problem-solving.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with willingness to learn in a consulting workplace.
• Familiarity with quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and commit to a full-time internship schedule.
