- Immediate to 30 days We are looking for a Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience (P6 level) to support the RAgE project. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Market Risk Management in the banking domain and experience working with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into explicit user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Market Risk & Treasury stakeholders, developers, testers, and product owners.
• Understand reporting tools and applications, business processes, system interfaces, and data flows.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and backlog-refinement sessions.
• Identify and communicate risks, gaps, impacts, and dependencies.
• Support Agile ceremonies and help prioritise the product backlog. Required Skills and Experience
• 8–12 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.




• Understanding of capital market and banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and reporting.
• Good understanding of risk data, positions, exposures, limits, sensitivities, stress testing, and Value at Risk.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Experience with Rally, and Confluence would be an advantage.
• Experience supporting regulatory changes, application modernisation, production issues would be beneficial.
• Professional who can act as a bridge the gap between risk, technology, and business, with strong understanding of financial products, risk framework and regulatory requirements. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across business, technology, testing, and vendor teams.
