Experience:
1 to 3 years Even Hospitals is looking for a proactive and patient-focused OP Coordinator to manage outpatient department operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations and doctor schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, front office and other hospital departments.
• Ensure timely patient assistance and resolution of operational concerns.
• Monitor OPD processes and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support patient experience initiatives and ensure service quality.
• Handle patient queries and coordinate escalations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and operational protocols. Eligibility Criteria
• Mandatory Qualification:



MBA / MHA / BHA.
• Prior experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration will be preferred.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
