· Approved official travel expenses reimbursed separately At FOR YOU MART, a campaign starts with a question from the store floor. What would bring families in our neighbourhood into the supermarket this week? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can turn that answer into an Odia reel, a local advertising campaign and a promotion that store teams can measure. What you’ll own
* Store footfall and local awareness. Plan promotions for Super Savings Week, festive offers and new outlet openings. Visit stores, understand the local market and coordinate digital ads with banners, leaflets and neighbourhood outreach.
* Meta Ads and Google Ads. Set up campaigns around each outlet’s catchment area, manage approved budgets, test messages and adjust spending based on results.
* Instagram and YouTube content. Manage the daily content calendar. Shoot and edit offer reels, product videos and opening-day coverage. Write explicit Odia copy and use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers and creative variations. Verify the product, pack size, price,



validity and availability before publishing.
* Franchise and recruitment leads. Run separate campaigns for prospective franchise partners and job applicants. Record the source in the For You Team app, coordinate the first response within 18 hours and hand qualified enquiries to Business Development or HR.
* Weekly performance reporting. Track spend, offer redemptions, qualified leads and cost per qualified lead. Work with Store Managers to compare footfall counts where available and review billed transactions separately in GoFrugal. Recommend what to repeat, change or stop. What we’re looking for You have personally managed campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You can shoot and edit a reel on a phone, communicate with customers in Odia and explain campaign results in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in supermarkets, FMCG or multi-location retail is preferred. You should be comfortable working from Patia and travelling to new and existing outlets.
