Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertisement Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Advertisement Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new advertising clients, pitch integrated media solutions across Enterr10’s channels and digital platforms, and negotiate rates and packages to meet revenue targets. The role includes managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal teams such as programming, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth campaign execution. The specialist will prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports, analyze market trends and competitor activities,



and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize client campaigns. Regular field meetings, client visits, and participation in industry events will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in meeting revenue targets and closing advertising or media deals.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to handle multiple clients, ensure campaign delivery, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess Marketing knowledge, with an understanding of media planning, brand positioning, and advertising effectiveness.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to identify new markets, generate leads, and expand the advertiser base.
• Relevant experience in television, digital media, or advertising sales is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and comfort with sales reporting tools are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience in advertising sales will also be considered.
