7–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry Preference: Electrical Projects, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Service Industry Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with strong core electrical engineering knowledge and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering electrical projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical project execution, site coordination, resource planning, contractor management, and compliance with applicable electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects from initiation to completion. Manage end-to-end project activities, including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Supervise electrical installation, cabling, wiring, panel installation, and related electrical infrastructure works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project schedules, resource plans, progress reports, and execution strategies. Monitor project costs, budgets, material requirements, and resource utilization. Ensure adherence to technical specifications, electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Conduct site inspections, review work progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Coordinate with the purchase and supply chain team for timely availability of electrical materials and equipment. Manage testing, commissioning, documentation,



snag resolution, and final project handover. Maintain project records, technical documentation, measurement sheets, and progress reports. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 7–10 years of relevant experience in core electrical engineering and electrical project management. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning. Experience in project planning, execution, budgeting, and site management. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications. Experience in contractor management, vendor coordination, and client handling. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and applicable statutory requirements. Robust leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant project management tools will be an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from the EPC, electrical contracting, engineering, infrastructure, or technical service industries. Candidates with hands-on experience in core electrical project execution rather than purely administrative project coordination. Candidates who have independently handled multiple project activities, site teams, contractors, and project deadlines. Candidates with a proven track record of completing projects within budget and on schedule. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of electrical projects. Adherence to project budgets and cost targets. Quality of electrical installation and commissioning. Compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
