About the Role
Tired of being told to "get experience first"? We'd rather hand you the camera If you’ve ever filmed a reel at 2 AM because the idea wouldn’t leave you alone, or spotted a brand’s campaign and thought “I could have done this better,” this role was written for you. We’re looking for a fresh, fearless storyteller to become the face and voice of our brand. You won’t be stuck in the corner formatting spreadsheets. You’ll be in front of the camera, in the strategy room, and in the middle of the action from week one. What you'll actually do?
• Be on camera. Star in our reels, explainers, behind-the-scenes content, and founder-style videos, and help us find a face and voice that people remember.
• Create content people don’t scroll past. Scripts, short-form videos, carousels, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts.



You’ll pick the format and the hook.
• Help drive the strategy. Sit in on campaign planning, pitch your ideas, and watch them go live instead of dying in a doc.
• Chase the trends. Spot what’s rising on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and decide quick whether we jump on it or skip it.
• Read the numbers like a detective. Track what worked, what flopped, and why, then double down on the wins.
• Experiment constantly. A/B test hooks, thumbnails, captions, and posting times. Failing fast is encouraged. You might be the right fit if:
• You’re a fresher (or have internships or a personal channel) with a portfolio of content you’ve created, even if it’s only your own Instagram or YouTube.
• You’re comfortable and natural on camera. Perfect isn’t the goal, magnetic is.
• You write sharp, scroll-stopping copy and understand why some content goes viral.
• You’re curious about marketing strategy: funnels, audiences, positioning, and what makes people buy.
• You can edit basic videos.
• You take feedback well and iterate quickly.
