What You’ll Do
• Provide on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical training for customer teams
• Work with sales and R&D; teams to share field feedback and resolve technical issues
• Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and service records
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a field engineering, application, or service role
• Robust knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, panels, drives, motors, or automation (as relevant to your product line)
• Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PLC/SCADA or testing instruments is a plus Why Join Us
