Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Nimapada Puri Area. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, presenting Lectrix EV products and Supriya EV Points services, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. Daily activities include conducting field visits, managing leads, following up with potential and existing customers, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools or designated systems. The role also involves building relationships with channel partners, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations and basic technical explanations, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth installation and after-sales support. The Sales Executive is expected to stay updated on market trends, support local promotional activities, and represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions. Qualifications
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation,



and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and local languages, with effective presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of EV products, charging solutions, or energy technology, with willingness to learn technical details.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, CRM tools, and productivity software to manage leads, reports, and daily activities.
• Proven ability to work in office in field-based roles, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• Prior experience in retail, automotive, EV, or consumer durables sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort with local travel in the Greater Hyderabad Area and a valid mode of transportation is desirable.
