Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Perundurai, responsible for managing core HR activities and supporting a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves administering HR policies, managing attendance and leave, and assisting with payroll-related inputs in coordination with relevant teams.



The Human Resources Executive will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. This role requires close collaboration with management and team leaders to align HR practices with business goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies, with the ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and basic payroll processes.
• Candidates should possess solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field); prior experience in an HR role within the IT or services sector is an advantage.
