Experience:
• 5+ years of overall experience, with substantial experience in HVAC design within an engineering/design consultancy environment.
• B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, system selection, load calculations, and building services engineering.
• Thorough understanding of relevant HVAC codes,



standards, guidelines, and authority requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Revit is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM 360.
• Solid experience in HVAC drawings, BIM modelling, coordination, and space planning.
• Proven experience in building services design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Gulf/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
