Role Description This is a full time, remote role for a Frontend & UX/UI Design professional. The role involves designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, translating business and user requirements into clear, usable designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers. The individual will develop and refine visual design systems, ensure consistency across digital touchpoints,



and participate in usability testing to iterate on solutions based on feedback and data. The role also includes preparing design documentation, presenting design concepts to stakeholders, and staying current with industry trends and best practices in frontend and UX/UI design. Qualifications
• Strong user-centered mindset with skills in Design Thinking and User Experience Design (UED).
• Ability to conduct and synthesize User Research to inform product decisions and design improvements.
• Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, color, and design systems for digital products.
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive Prototyping using modern design and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and their impact on design feasibility.
• Comfort collaborating in cross-functional, remote teams and communicating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work, from research and ideation through to final visual design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product design for financial services or complex transactional systems is an advantage.
