Team members have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to sustainable energy development. Role Description The Buyer role is a full-time, HO position based in Surat. The Buyer will manage end-to-end procurement activities for renewable energy projects, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and negotiating terms and pricing. This role involves issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services. The Buyer will maintain vendor relationships,



and support cost optimization while adhering to company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate procurement records, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes. Qualifications
• Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including vendor identification, RFP/RFQ evaluation, and negotiation.
• Competence in documentation, record-keeping, and use of basic ERP or procurement software tools.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to support cost control and budgeting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional project teams and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Understanding of basic commercial terms, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in office in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
