Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist internship is an on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. Interns will support QA activities across web, mobile, and software projects, including reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify defects and usability issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting test results, assisting in process audits, collaborating with developers and project managers to resolve issues, and helping standardize quality procedures. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives,



learning QA tools and methods, and supporting the maintenance of quality documentation and checklists. Qualifications
• Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with an interest in applying these practices to software and IT services.
• Awareness of Quality Management principles and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar structured process standards.
• Ability to assist with Quality Auditing activities, such as checklists, process reviews, and documentation of findings.
• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing concepts (manual or automated), and bug tracking tools.
• Robust attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured processes and documentation standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams on-site.
• Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in quality practices.
