Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Murex Datamart Specialist to design, develop, optimize, and support reporting solutions within the Murex platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Murex Datamart architecture, including feeder creation, extraction configuration, and report delivery to downstream systems or users.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Murex Datamart components (feeders, extractions, agile tables, viewers).
• Optimize report performance and manage report delivery processes (file generation, SFTP, API).
• Support and enhance existing reporting solutions for Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
• Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Implement data transformation logic and extraction rules in line with business needs.
• Troubleshoot Datamart-related issues including performance, data quality, and delivery failures.
• Schedule and monitor report batches; ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical reports.
• Participate in Murex upgrades, regression testing, and data validation for Datamart components.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, data models, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, access control,



and audit requirements. Required Skills and

Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex Datamart (3.x), including building and optimizing Datamart objects.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, Murex data model, and report generation logic.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle, and UNIX/Linux environments for debugging and automation.
• Familiarity with batch scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys) and reporting delivery tools.
• Solid understanding of financial products such as FX, IRD, Fixed Income, and Equities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience with regulatory or risk reporting (e.g., FRTB, Basel, PnL, VaR, sensitivities).
• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or report integration with downstream systems.
• Knowledge of MxML, Datamart views, pivot tables, and real-time reporting integration.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python, Shell) is a plus. Educational

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
