Key Responsibilities
• Manage product labeling, tagging, and documentation as per e-commerce standards
• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer claims, returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for shipment updates
• Monitor order status and resolve operational issues proactively

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers can apply)
