With a team of skilled developers, designers, and marketing specialists, Role Description The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace at Web Smile India. Responsibilities
• Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Handling day to day office administration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS, and payroll coordination.
• Implement performance review procedures and employee management




• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
• Maintain Attendance and travel details of the Marketing/Sales Team
• Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 6 month of working experience as an HR or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Strong work ethics.
• Experience in IT, web development, or digital marketing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
