As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and interested in being part of projects from the initial design stage to final execution. We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, willing to take initiative, and ready to learn how real projects are designed and executed.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Create 3D models and renders using SketchUp and other visualisation software.
• Help prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Understand client requirements and assist in developing suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with senior architects and interior designers throughout the project.
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams whenever required.
• Visit project sites and understand how designs are implemented.
• Make drawing revisions based on feedback from senior designers and clients.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation in an organised manner.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines. What We're Looking For

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch) or relevant qualification.




• Valuable understanding of space planning, design principles, and basic construction details.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualisation software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
• Interest in materials, furniture, lighting, colours, and interior detailing.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage assigned tasks.
