We are looking for an experienced Civil 3D BIM Coordinator to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Civil 3D, infrastructure modelling, utility coordination, grading, and multidisciplinary BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and coordinate Civil 3D models for landscape, dry and wet utilities, grading, highways, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist the BIM Manager in coordinating and delivering Civil 3D projects.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Develop detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks and manholes based on IFC drawings and project inputs.
• Perform earthwork grading, cut-and-fill analysis, cross-section preparation, and quantity take-offs.
• Conduct multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, design consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Support project estimations, technical submissions, and Civil 3D workflows.
• Manage BIM coordination activities from the Design Development (DD) stage through to as-built deliverables.




• Support team coordination, technical reviews, and timely project delivery. Required Technical

Skills:
• Autodesk Civil 3D – Advanced modelling and coordination.
• Subassembly Composer and Part Builder.
• AutoCAD – Drawing preparation, editing, and cleanup.
• Navisworks Manage – Clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Autodesk Design Review – Drawing reviews and technical collaboration.
• Experience in landscape modelling, grading, highway modelling, plantation, and dry and wet utility networks.
• Knowledge of BIM documentation, submittals, coordinated shop drawings, and as-built workflows.
• Knowledge of iPad integration, AM data exchange, and COBie data generation. Qualifications and

Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Civil 3D modelling and BIM coordination.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and utility engineering projects.
• Experience working with US, UK, or Asian project requirements and standards.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and independently resolve technical challenges.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
