Role Description The Human Resource Business Partner at The Chennai Silks will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals in the Tiruppur location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing day-to-day HR activities such as handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies. The role involves advising leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development, while maintaining compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with various departments to address HR-related issues,



support talent development, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and interpret company policies effectively.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering employee engagement.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and guide management on legal HR matters.
• Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and frontline teams.
• Proven ability to operate in a retail or manufacturing workplace is preferred, especially in high-volume, customer-focused settings.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
