About Filo: Filo is an online tutoring platform that connects students with teachers for one-to-one live academic sessions. We work in collaboration with different State Government departments through educational initiatives to make quality learning support accessible to students. Role Overview: As an Operations Associate
- Partnership, your main responsibility will be to communicate with students and parents from schools already visited by our team. You will introduce them to the Filo application, explain how it works, and guide them on how to use it for their studies.

Key Responsibilities
Calling Students and Parents: Contact students or their parents over the phone and share information about the Filo application. Explain the Filo App: Explain how students can use the app and connect with teachers for one-to-one academic support. Guide Students: Help students understand how to ask academic questions and get assistance from teachers. Provide Basic Support: Assist students and parents with basic queries related to app usage and its features. Share App

Requirements:
