Role Description The Talent Acquisition Lead is a full-time role based in Hyderabad onsite,This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and overseeing offer negotiations. The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design effective hiring strategies, and maintain strong pipelines for technical and non-technical roles. Key day-to-day activities include optimizing recruitment channels, strengthening employer branding initiatives,



ensuring a positive candidate experience, and using data and metrics to refine hiring practices. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and contributing to broader people and culture initiatives. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Strong experience with Hiring and Interviewing, including collaborating with hiring managers and facilitating structured interview processes.
• Proficiency in Employer Branding activities, such as promoting the organization on digital platforms and enhancing candidate perception.
• Experience recruiting for technology and IT services roles, preferably in an SME or consulting environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Bengaluru, managing priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort using ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics to drive decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are an advantage.
