Role Description The Senior Officer Accounts and Finance will oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including managing ledgers, monitoring cash flows, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, ensuring accurate GST compliance and filings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax consultants. The role involves maintaining accounting records, reconciling accounts, supporting budgeting and cost control, and contributing to process improvements and internal controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shirpur. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, including general ledger management and basic financial analysis.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and statutory purposes.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including returns, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting tools.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA/CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar accounts and finance role, preferably in manufacturing or textiles, will be considered beneficial.
