Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Student role based in Lucknow. The Graduate Student will support day-to-day logistics operations, including monitoring delivery performance, assisting with route planning, and coordinating with local teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role involves collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance speed, reliability, and customer experience. The Graduate Student will collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to learn best practices in logistics, supply chain management, and technology-enabled operations.



This position offers hands-on exposure to a large-scale logistics platform and opportunities to develop professional skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in data analysis and problem-solving (e.g., working with spreadsheets, interpreting basic metrics, identifying operational issues).
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with on-ground teams and report findings clearly.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess basic technical proficiency, including comfort with office productivity tools and willingness to learn logistics and operations software.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in fields such as Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and adapt to a dynamic, high-activity environment.
• Interest in e-commerce, logistics, or technology-driven operations; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
