Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Urapakkam. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting the company’s financial products, and building long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and supporting customers through the sales and service process. The Business Development Officer will collaborate with branch staff to meet business targets, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions,



and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies. Qualifications
• Strong New Business Development and customer acquisition skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads.
• Solid Analytical Skills and understanding of Finance to assess customer profiles, interpret data, and support informed decision-making.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers, explain products clearly, and resolve queries effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Chengalpattu, meet business targets, and collaborate with branch teams in a structured environment.
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or NBFCs is preferred; local market knowledge is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools, along with robust ethical standards and integrity.
