In addition, the company offers hydraulic solutions, including cylinders, power packs, presses, and test rigs, ensuring a complete engineering solution under one roof with a focus on quality output and minimal customer hassle. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Belgaum. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, including coordination of civil works, monitoring installation of road safety products and fabricated structures, and supervising water treatment and hydraulic system deployments as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols,



as well as managing site documentation, progress reporting, and resource planning. The role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize work schedules, and support timely project completion. Qualifications
• On-site project supervision skills, including site coordination and adherence to safety practices.
• Robust communication skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Quality control skills focused on inspection, testing, and compliance with standards and specifications.
• Structural engineering knowledge for evaluating civil structures, fabricated components, and installations.
• Civil engineering background, preferably with experience in roads, water treatment, or hydraulic systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and project plans.
• Proficiency in basic project management, reporting, and use of standard engineering tools and software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to work predominantly on site.
