Key Responsibilities
(KRAs)
• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Drive qualified leads, conversions and revenue while improving ROAS and reducing acquisition costs.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and performance forecasting.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with creative, SEO and content teams to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to clients and internal teams. What we’re looking for




• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns across multiple industries.
